What types of products can I purchase?

You can purchase any of the items in your organization's storefront. This can range from PTA memberships to coupon books.

How do I join my school's PTA through the Givebacks app?

Open the app and make sure you've favorited the cause first. You can do this by tapping “Give,” then “Explore Causes” and search for the cause and favorite it. Once that's done, tap “Buy” on the bar at the bottom of your screen. Find your school’s storefront and tap “PTA membership.” Add the PTA membership to your cart and check out.

How do I access my PTA membership card?

Open the app. Tap “Wallet” on the bar at the bottom of your screen. Your PTA membership will be visible in “Wallet.” To see the full card, simply tap on the membership card.

Is my digital membership card securely stored in the app?

How can I track the impact of my purchases on the organizations I support?

Visit your giving history in your wallet. Simply tap on “Wallet” and then view “Earnings” for any Shop to Give donations or “Purchases” for activity from Buy or Give. This will give you a view into all you’ve donated or the donations you’ve earned on Shop to Give.
